What is Oxygen
Pick the guide for the step you are on, and find the screen that owns each job.
Target lists, enrichment, email sending, the shared inbox, CRM records, and the automation between them run in one workspace. Every job is reachable three ways — the web app, the oxygen CLI, and any MCP client — over one API, with the same approvals and one credit balance.
Need help with the product? The support chat is in the bottom-right corner of every page — expand it and write. Retry is the only recovery control if it cannot connect; it returns after each failed attempt and never creates another case. See the Support guide.
Reading these docs with an agent? Fetch /llms.txt for the map of every public surface and /llms-full.txt for every documentation page and every capability, audience and list-target page in one file.
For plan credits, coupons and the partner bonus, read Billing. For applying, editing and publishing a partner listing, read Agency directory.
The guides, in order
Before a lookup, read own-key fees and retries: what max_credits covers, why an own-key miss can spend again, and how to interpret retry_safe and own_key_spend.
- First session — sign up, pick a plan, install the CLI.
- Source leads — build a target list into a table.
- Enrich leads — add work emails, firmographics, AI columns.
- Email setup — sending domains, inboxes, DNS, OXYGEN Warm-up.
- First sequence — attach senders, write the steps with lead-column and sender-name variables, launch.
- Handle replies — triage what comes back and answer it.
- Track deals in the CRM — turn replies into records, activity, and pipeline.
Signing up needs no card and starts nothing you have to cancel. You land in a permanently free workspace with a one-time grant of 1,000 credits. The CRM, Tables, Workflows, Knowledge, Agents, and the Workspace Copilot are free to use; credits pay for enrichment and AI. A plan is what lets you act on the outside world — connecting a sending mailbox, LinkedIn account, or WhatsApp number, dispatching a sequence, publishing, buying managed email infrastructure, or bringing your own provider keys.
Anything that spends credits or reaches a real person previews first. From the CLI: run it, read the preview, then re-run with --approved and --max-credits <n>. In the app the same gate is a button you press on purpose — the sequence stepper's Review & start.
Where each job lives
All fifteen primitives are below. The sidebar carries most of them under Data, Action, External, and Knowledge — close to the layers here, not identical. ⌘K searches that same sidebar list.
| Layer | Primitive | Where it is |
|---|---|---|
| Knowledge | Knowledge Graph — company profile, ICP, positioning, connected GitHub or Obsidian repositories | Knowledge Graph → /knowledge |
| Knowledge | Recipes — installable GTM plays | Recipes → /blueprints |
| Data | Records — companies, people, deals, plus any object you define | CRM → /crm |
| Data | Tables — working datasets and their columns | Tables → /tables |
| Data | Messages — email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp threads | Unibox → /unibox |
| Data | Posts — published content and engagement | Publishing → /publishing |
| Data | Signals — visits, profile views, reactions, follows | no screen yet; oxygen signals list |
| Data | Dashboards — funnel from touch to won | /dashboards, not in the sidebar |
| Data | Ads — competitor ad intelligence | a tool column in Tables |
| Data | Tags — one label vocabulary | Tags → /tags |
| Action | Sequences — multichannel outbound | Sequencer → /sequencer |
| Action | Publishing — approval-gated posting | Publishing → /publishing |
| Action | Workflows — triggers, branches, retries | Workflows → /workflows |
| Action | Agents — standing workers on a credit budget | Agents → /agents |
| Action | Observability — runs, costs, errors | Observability → /observability |
Missing a page from the sidebar? You may have hidden it from your own sidebar in Settings → Customise (/settings#/customise, or oxygen settings pages list); each person chooses their own pages in each workspace; see Customise the sidebar. Agents and Approvals stay out of the sidebar on purpose, and their pages still open from links.
Two things are deliberately not primitives. Control is where you drive from — the web app, the oxygen CLI, MCP clients, the Workspace Copilot — all on one API, so nothing you do in one is invisible in another. External is what Oxygen connects to rather than owns: enrichment providers, mailbox accounts, LinkedIn, HubSpot, Attio, under Connections → /connections. Run oxygen integrations list --json to see every supported provider and its connection status.
