What is a credit?
A credit is $0.001 of managed work — 1,000 credits = $1. One pool of credits pays for everything: enrichment, AI columns, managed inboxes, LinkedIn actions, and workflow runs. There is nothing to meter per feature.
What's included in a plan?
Every plan includes all integrations, native workflows, and bring-your-own-key support — the price is simply the credits. Starter is $99 for 99,000 credits a month, Pro is $249 for 249,000 credits a month, Team is $749 for 749,000 credits a month. Your subscription is the credits, so there is no separate platform fee and no shelf-ware like a half-used Instantly plan.
What happens when I run out of credits?
You top up on demand with any 1,000-credit increment from 8,000 to 1,000,000 credits, at $1.25 per 1,000. Top-ups land in the same pool straight away, and purchased credits never expire.
Do credits expire?
Purchased credits never expire — they stay in the same pool until you spend them. Your current available balance is always visible in Billing.
Is sending really free?
Yes, per message. Email and WhatsApp sends cost 0 credits — you pay for the managed inboxes and connected accounts that send them, never per message, so scaling your send volume never scales your bill.
How is WhatsApp priced?
Each connected WhatsApp number is a flat 10,000 credits ($10) per month — the same shape as a LinkedIn account. Messages sent from it cost 0 credits. The fee is charged per number you keep connected during the month, so disconnecting a number part-way through the month still bills that month.
Can I bring my own provider keys?
Yes. Connect your own enrichment, AI, or provider keys and those calls bill 0 Oxygen credits — you pay the provider directly. When Oxygen fronts the key (managed), it bills in credits at a flat 5× provider cost.
How is LinkedIn priced?
Each connected LinkedIn account is a flat 10,000 credits a month — invites, messages, InMails, profile visits, follows, likes, and comments all cost 0 additional credits. The seat fee is the whole LinkedIn price.
